CONTRACT & GUARANTEE

TIRED IRON PUPPY SALES & HEALTH GARANTEE

This is an agreement between the breeder, Sharon Fletcher and the buyer___________________________ for the purchase of a Puppy. The purchase price of the Puppy is $__________________________. The buyer has placed a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit in the amount of $_________________ for the purchase of the Puppy with the balance of $________________ due in full by _________________. If the full balance is not paid for in full by the due date, of if the buyer changes their mind about the purchase of the puppy for any reason, the puppy will be relisted as available and the buyer will lose the deposit and all money paid toward the puppy. The purchase price does not include shipping charges which are additional and the sole responsibility of the buyer. All puppies will be up-to-date on vaccination, worming and will be checked by our vet, have a health certificate and have an AKC or CKC Registration Application, depending on registration of parents and the litter registration.

The puppy must be taken to a licensed Veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving the puppy for an exam. If any concerns are found during the exam the Seller must be notified within 24 hours. Each puppy comes with a Limited Health Guarantee to the original buyer for the first year of the puppy's life. This Guarantee is only for death caused by genetic defects of the heart, liver, kidneys and lungs. The Buyers licensed Veterianian must provide the Seller with a written certificate stating the exact cause of death as verified by an autopsy. If death was caused by a genetic defect listed above and not neglect by the buyer, the puppy will be replaced with one of equal value as soon as one is available. No cash refund will be given at anytime. If these regulation are not meet the Gurantee becomes null and void.

The Seller is not responsible for any Veterianian expenses, or expenses incurred to have the puppy returned to the Seller. ALL OUR PUPPIES ARE SOLD AS " COMPANION PETS ONLY" We do not guarantee the color, size, breeding or show quality of the Puppy or a change of heart about the purchase or a dislike in the puppy. Nor does it cover hypoglycemia, broken bones, patellas or small open fontanel (common in the toy breeds), undescended testicles, bite, or any condition that is treatable. Please be aware that this guarantee is the same for breeder or pet home, we make no exceptions! Please keep in mind that if you change your mind for any reason about the purchase of the puppy at any time, you will not receive a replacement puppy or a refund. We only want permanent loving homes for our puppy. Hypoglycemia ( low blood sugar ) is not a genetic condition and is susceptible to all toy breeds. Food and water should always be available and Nutri-Cal given twice daily will help avoid this problem.

The Buyer agree to these terms and guarantees by accepting the puppy even if the Contract is not signed. The seller retains the right to refuse to sell a puppy at anytime. Best wishes to you and your new puppy for many fun filled and loving years together.
